Barre Yoga - a fusion of ballet-inspired moves and yoga. Small controlled isometric movements and deeper breathing help to build lean muscle, improve core strength, enhance flexibility whilst reducing stress and tension.
Chair Yoga - traditional yoga poses adapted for the chair. This class is mostly seated with some standing work to build strength and improve balance. Beneficial for all ages and mobility levels.

Josephine runs 2 classes per week at Salt Tide Studio.
Monday 9:30am - Barre Yoga
Monday 10:45am - Chair Yoga
Classes are in monthly blocks, with pay as you go spaces also available. All classes are mixed level and suitable for beginners and experienced clients.
