Studio Hire in the Heart of Deal
Salt Tide Studio is a calm and light-filled wellness space located in the heart of Deal on the High St.
The studio has been purposely designed for movement, wellbeing and community, making it ideal for pilates, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, Tai Chi, TRE, dance and other therapeutic or creative practices.
Whether you are an established teacher or launching something new, we aim to provide not only a beautiful space to teach in, but also a supportive environment to help your classes grow. We actively promote our resident teachers through our website, social media and local wellness mailing list.

We love supporting independent teachers, therapists and wellbeing practitioners to build and grow their offerings within our studio community. You can manage your own bookings and payments while we provide antiviral cleaner, mats, chairs and room sprays for classes and workshops.
