HIRING THE STUDIO TO RUN EXERCISE AND WELL-BEING CLASSES

 

Salt Tide Studio is available to book and suitable to hold a variety of classes such as pilates, yoga, meditation, tai chi, TRE, sound bathing, dance and many more.  The studio dimensions are 664 square feet.  The studio benefits from:

 

• Laminate flooring

• Wall to ceiling mirror and ballet barre on one side

• 24 hour CCTV

• Air conditioning and heating

• Various lighting options

• Wifi

• A main exercise room, a changing room with coat hooks and storage for clients' bags and an outside toilet

• Promotion and marketing packages for Associate Teachers if you would like us to help publicise your classes on our website, social media, mailings and in the studio.

• Associates are responsible for liaising with their clients directly and organising their own class bookings and payments

• Associates are responsible for their own insurance when running their classes to cover any situation involving loss or injury to a member of the public as a result of their own activities

• Associates are responsible for supplying and cleaning their own equipment. The studio only provides mats and chairs that can be used for your classes and room scent sprays

• Associates are responsible for ensuring the space is left clean and tidy after their class(es) and for reporting any issues about the studio to the studio manager.​

 

HIRING THE STUDIO FOR FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY 

 

The venue can also be booked for one-off photoshoots and filming sessions. Please email admin@salttidestudio.co.ukfor more information. Equipment provided - 2 LED panel lights/wireless lavalier /Go Pro camera and tripod.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

​Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

 

• Once you have an Associate ClassSwap Account we will send you the door codes for access

• Door access codes are not to be shared without prior permission

• We have strict 48 hour notice to cancel your class. If cancelling within 48 hours your session will still be charged

• Please do not book your sessions further ahead than 3 months. ​

HEALTH AND SAFETY AT THE STUDIO

​To make sure that studio hiring runs smoothly and that clients have the best possible experience when attending classes please be aware that: 

​

• Associates are responsible for ensuring their classes are run in line with current health and safety legislation and best practice guidelines. We take no responsibility for the content or health and safety of classes run by external hirers and we are not liable for and cannot cover loss of clients' personal property

• Fire regulations: Associates' cooperation and involvement will be required in the unlikely event that a fire breaks out on our premises whilst hired out to a third party. We do not have staff on attendance at the studio. In the event of a fire that cannot be a extinguished quickly and safely it is the responsibility of the Associate to ensure that: clients are evacuated to a safe distance from the building and a role call taken and The Fire and Rescue Service are called.
