FASCIA FLOW WITH NATALIE
About Fascia Flow
Fascia Flow is a women-only low impact movement practice for developing a more compassionate relationship with our evolving bodies through perimenopause, menopause & beyond.
Developed from teacher Bonnie Crotzer's The Floss™ method and based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this somatic movement practice will help you reveal a new level of comfort and fluidity in your body that you didn't know was possible.
Through gentle resistance stretching with movements designed to give your tissues and organs an 'internal exfoliation', we work directly with the fascia (your connective tissue matrix) to...
-
Boost lymph & digestion
-
Strengthen your pelvic floor
-
Balance hormones
-
Reverse pain & stiffness
-
Strengthen your recovery time
-
Nurture your nervous system
-
Love & trust your body again
-
and generally just feel good in your skin again!
About Natalie
Natalie is passionate about sharing this method with other women after being shocked to find herself in menopause at 39. Realising she was going to have to work with and move her body in a completely new way, she found 'fascia flossing' and has been hooked ever since. She's been teaching yoga, meditation and yoga nidra for 13 years but has spent the past 4 years focusing on the importance of the lymph and fascial network, and how the structure of these key elements of our systems change profoundly through menopause. Working in a more sophisticated way with her fascia has helped her feel stronger, more balanced, more confident and at ease in her skin, and helps continue to keep her injury-free even whilst living with scoliosis. Natalie's teaching style is warm and inclusive and she welcomes all levels to this class.
If you have any questions, or would like to speak to Natalie directly about any injuries or medical challenges you are working with before attending, please reach out to her
