MEDITATION WITH THE EAST KENT BUDDHIST GROUP

 

 

ABOUT US

 

We are part of a world wide Buddhist group called TriratnaWe run weekly meditation sessions alternating between a Mindfulness of Breathing practice and a Loving Kindness practice.

HOW MEDITATION CAN BENEFIT THE MIND AND BODY

 

Meditation practices help us to develop a sense of well being: a sense of calm: compassion to others and an insight into our own minds. Meditation can help us to reduce stress and allows us to transform our lives.

​

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

 

We run classes every Saturday between 10.15 am - 11.45 am at Salt Tide Studio. No experience is necessary to join our classes. We also run Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation courses. There is one currently starting on 9 February 2026 at the Salt Tide Studio.
