ABOUT US
We are part of a world wide Buddhist group called Triratna. We run weekly meditation sessions alternating between a Mindfulness of Breathing practice and a Loving Kindness practice.

HOW MEDITATION CAN BENEFIT THE MIND AND BODY
Meditation practices help us to develop a sense of well being: a sense of calm: compassion to others and an insight into our own minds. Meditation can help us to reduce stress and allows us to transform our lives.

ABOUT OUR CLASSES
We run classes every Saturday between 10.15 am - 11.45 am at Salt Tide Studio. No experience is necessary to join our classes. We also run Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation courses. There is one currently starting on 9 February 2026 at the Salt Tide Studio.
