ABOUT IYENGAR YOGA:​
Yoga is one of the oldest systems of personal development in the world. This system of balancing the body, mind and spirit was formulated by ancient yogis, who understood our essential nature and realised a way to utilise our inner resources to live in harmony with ourselves and the environment

Iyengar Yoga focuses on body alignment and can help you learn to gain confidence in movement that improves concentration and attention.

ABOUT EILEEN'S CLASSES:
​
Eileen runs two classes every month on alternate Thursday, 6.45- 8.15pm, £12 per session.

Beginners and mixed ability are welcome to these yoga classes and workshops taking place at Salt Tide Studio.
