ABOUT TRE
​​
TRE is a series of simple exercises that connects you to your natural shaking reflex also known as your neurogenic tremor mechanism. We all have one, it’s our very own built in stress releaser. Our bodies can heal themselves if given the opportunity and a safe environment to do so. When you get this shaking/tremoring going it helps to:

Release and relax held tension and contraction in your muscles and fascia

Burn off any excess stress hormones like adrenalin and cortisol

Give your body an opportunity to process and release any stuck emotions

Reboots your nervous system back to a state of rest and restore. ​

TRE is effective in helping with physical and mental health, chronic stress, tension, PTSD and trauma. ​TRE is a practice that needs to be experienced to gain a full understanding of it, so come along and give it a try.
